Day 1 - 7th Zulhajja - Departure From Jeddah- Tawaf-e Qudoom

Pilgrims are requested to reach on time at the spoken meeting place in Jeddah

You will be guided with the directions and a location map to reach the Assembliing place

Our team members will be in contact with you to guide you regarding directions.

Air conditioned Mercedes buses will be there for you which are having enough space to
carry your luggage (Kindly don’t overburden yourself, carry as much luggage as you can
handle easily).

Our team members will make sure that you will be seated in your assigned bus.

The busses will depart from Jeddah to Mina according to the given time.

All buses will depart together from Jeddah to Makkah for Tawaf-e- Qudoom than to Mina
-
We will be active on our mobile numbers, feel free to ask if you have any query
throughout the journey.
Day 2 - 8th Zulhajja – Stay In Mina

Our group will arrive at Mina After Your Tawaf-e- Qudoom at the given time.

As the buses arrive in Mina camp our group members will guide you to your tents.
-
There will be separate arrangement of tents for ladies and gents.

Continental Buffet Breakfast would be served after Fajr Prayer between 6 to 8 AM.

Continental Buffet Lunch would be served after Zuhr Prayer between 1 to 2 PM.
-
Continental Buffet Dinner would be served After Esha Prayer between 8 to 10 PM.

You will perform your obligatory prayers and stay overnight in Mina

Mineral water, Tea coffee and Beverages will be provided 24 hours a day throughout
your stay in Mina.

Our team members will be there to guide you constantly.
Day 3 - 9 th Zulhijjah - Departure from Mina to Arafat to Muzdalifah

Train Bands will be provided to you in Mina Camp before leaving for Arafat.

The cost of the train bands was already included in the Hajj Package fees.

The scheduled time of departure of the train from Mina will be assigned by the Ministry
of Hajj for every Hajj group on the night prior to departure to Arafat. We are bound to
follow this schedule otherwise the train station will not accept the group.

Our Group mentors will lead the whole group to the nearest assigned Mina Train Station.

From there, the train would take our group to Arafat Train Station.

Our group members will be having a hand holding signboards in their hands kindly
follow the signboards and try to remain with group so that you do not track off or left
behind.

Continental Buffet Breakfast would be served after Fajr Prayer between 6 to 8
AM.

Continental Buffet Lunch would be served after Zuhr Prayer between 1 to 2 PM
Departure From Arafat To Muzdalifah

The group will Start Moving from Arafat to Muzdalifah before sunset.
Arafat Train Station

Our group mentors will accompany you all the time and guide you to the Arafat Train Station.
Stay at Muzdalifah

You will stay at night in Muzdalifah, our group members will guide you the way back to Mina from Muzdalifah in the morning.
Day 4 - 10 th zulhijjah - Departure From Muzdalifah To Mina & Ramy-al Jamarat

You will board on Muzdalifah Train Station after Fajr Prayer for Mina, Our group members will guide you from Mina train station to your respective camps. & You will also be guide if you want to go in mina camp by walk because our camp location is Closest to Muzdalifah.

Ramy al-Jamarat

From Mina, you will go for Ramy al-jamarat through Mina Train station

And then you can perform the rest of your Hajj Rituals.

Day 5 - 11 th zulhijjah – Stay At Mina – Ramy AL Jamarat

Continental Buffet Breakfast would be served after Fajr Prayer between 6 to 8

Continental Buffet Lunch would be served after Zuhr Prayer between 1 to 2 PM.

Continental Buffet Dinner would be served After Isha Prayer between 8 to 10 PM.

From Mina, you will go for Ramy al-jamarāt through Mina Train station AM.

Day 6 - 12th zulhijjah – Rami Al Jamarat – Tawaf-e- Wida & Return To
Jeddah

We will stay in Mina, all the arrangements of meal and refreshment was made for your service as earlier except Dinner as we have to leave Mina before the sunset.

You will go for Ramy al-jamarāt through Mina train station

Departure from Mina to Makkah for Tawal-ul- Wida after Asar Prayer as we have to leave Mina area before Maghrib Prayer

After your Tawaf-e- Wida busses will bring you from makkah to Jeddah .

Your Hajj Is Completed – Hajjan Mabrooran Wa Saiyan Mashkooran, Wa Zanmban Maghfooran
